They did an amazing job with my spring clean up and replacing an old retaining wall that was falling apart with a beautiful brand new one. I highly recommend Bergin Property Management. The project called for a retaining wall, water drainage and landscaping. They came at the project with options to accomplish our expected outcome. Once we selected the best plan of attack, it was off to get a permit and begin. The town briefly delayed the process. The team at Bergin made sure that we were well informed during this delay, not once leaving us to question where we were at. Once we were underway, they worked diligently to get the project completed and to our satisfaction along the way. The wall matches the property perfectly and the water drainage was addressed. When they did the final piece of the puzzle with the landscaping, we saw the whole thing come together. The end result was something to be proud of and certainly added to the value of my home.
